Constructed of antique hand-hewn oak beams, this is the only property of its kind for
vacation rentals within moderate driving distance (approximately 20 minutes)
of downtown Santa Fe.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
The main cabin has a bedroom with queen bed and bath with an old fashioned tub.
The loft bedroom has a queen bed with a sink, toilet and sitz bath.
The living room has a queen sofa bed and a bath with a shower.
The old cabin attached by a porch has a bedroom with queen bed
and a bath with an old fashioned tub.
There is a single rollaway in the main room of the guest cabin.
So there’s a total of four queen beds (including the sofa bed)
with four bathrooms plus a loft and a rollaway in the old cabin main room.

Though the road is usually driven in winter with two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive may be preferred on occasion for the 2 ½ miles of unpaved road. We plow the road and have always been able to assist guests in getting to and from the cabin.

Snow plowing provided by owner. Cross-country skiing/snow shoeing out the door in good snow years, hiking in national forest year-round.
Tree and decorations provided for Christmas.
Rates:
$200-$500/night (3-night minimum) depending on season and number of people.
(Outside of holidays: Two people $200. Three-four $250. Five-six $300. Six-seven $350.)
